The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience, trial expertise, and a talent for providing strategic legal guidance. Prior plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to advance plaintiff strategies.
- Deliver clear, timely communications and legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service and updates.
- Manage assigned cases effectively, driving prompt and favorable resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury plaintiff cases.
- Proven trial experience with a strong understanding of personal injury law.
